I was tagged by the wonderful Readable Life to do this fun/whimsy tag!
I’ve guessing most of you have seen Endgame, or definitely heard of it. If you haven’t seen it — or any other marvel movie — I suggest binging them all! Honestly, it’s like watching a 10 year long TV show. This movie closed up this era of Marvel. Phase 3 was wonderful, action filled and it will be remembered forever!
Without further ado, let the tag begin.
Iron Man: A book that made you laugh out loud.
An Enchantment of Ravens – This book was surprisingly really funny! I had trouble picking one under this heading as I mostly read Fantasy and between the bloodshed and romance, there really isn’t much humour . This book had an adventure of polar opposite characters and the way they interacted was really funny.
Captain America: A book with a positive message.
Fairytale – This book was about family, and friendships. Even though this book was sad at moments it really embodied that Disney feel of constantly sending the positive message where Good wins Evil.
Thors: A book with a character’s strength you admire.
Throne of Glass – I’m pretty sure you’ve all heard of Throne of Glass, this book follows Celaena and the struggles she has to overcome. Her strength is uncanny and the last book really shows that – she’s been through so much, and she still keeps fighting. Throne of Glass gets a bad rep, but I would highly recommend reading it for yourself, this is a Fantasy like no other.
Hulk: A book that makes you incredibly angry.
The Catcher In The Rye – This book makes me angry because I hated it so much. I don’t understand the appeal of this book and I don’t think I ever will. It sits on my shelf infuriating me for all eternity…..
Black Widow: A book with a kick ass female protagonist.
Can I say all YA Fantasy novels? Probably not. So, it’s Sorcery of Thorns – In this novel, Elisabeth is so, so kick ass. She doesn’t wield magic like most heroines do, but she has her mind and a sword made of iron. I loved how she used her mind most – that was her greatest weapon.
Hawkeye: An underrated book.
The Red Queen – by this I don’t mean Aveyard’s Red Queen. Philippa Gregory’s The Red Queen is a historical fiction following Margaret Beaufort as she meanders through a world that is against her. This is my favourite Historical Fiction novel. I would highly recommend it to Historical Fiction starters.
Loki: A book with a twist or surprise that tricked you.
The Wicked King – This book was plot twist on plot twist, and the ending had my jaw dropping. If you’ve read Cruel Prince and you’re not sure if you want to continue, please do. This series only gets better the longer you read it.
thank you Layla for tagging me! I had so much fun writing up this tag! I tag all of you! thank you for reading! – nick
